✏📖📚 When I was a young kid growing up my main interest was drawing. I was constantly sketching my favourite superheros, cars, trucks, tanks, animals whatever I wanted, it’s what lead me to cameras. . My brother and I have always been intrigued by the visual artistry of cinema and photography but we thought it was out of our league. Instead of pursuing the formal route to such a career we simply went after it on our own terms to where we are today, as a creatives in the art. . My first camera was a 4 megapixel Canon PowerShot purchased in 2004 for a trip to Europe. Since then I’ve backpacked through Cuba, South East Asia and Europe never without a camera in hand. . When I compose an image whether it’s a photograph or a video frame my intent is to awaken an emotion, to create a pause and reflect reaction from the viewer. ‘A picture should tell a story or grant us a fantasy’; this what I strive to achieve in all my compositions. .
