        THE GRASP OF HIS HAND AGAINST her arm makes lucille’s skin crawl , it makes her insides twist && turn as if she were going to vomit━the touch is so unfamiliar ,  lost as to what she knew before && numbed inside her brain as she assumed she’d never feel that same touch again !   this person looked like who her husband was , but he wasn’t the same anymore . . neither was she.  negan is met with resistance ,  arm being yanked back from him as the female stood her ground.  chin tilted upward so that forest green hues , to which have narrowed in ANGER ,  can meet his gaze.    ❝ you’ve lost your mind if you think i’m goin’ anywhere with you!  ❞     voice is stern , the atmosphere round them had grown thick with anxiety , with fear , but lucille was the least scared out of all of them.  no intimidation ,  ❝ after what-what you did to glenn && abraham? no , i’m not going anywhere with you && you are NOT taking anything today , do you understand?  ❞  tears rise in her eyes at the mention of their names , a lump in her throat as she stands taller than anyone else.   lucille , the woman brave enough to defy negan himself !   finger tapped against his chest ,  ❝ i will come . i will come with you some other day , negan.  you need to leave ❞    back turned , hand brushing away her tears as lucille passes rick && headed toward their house.   / @triggersguard    gets a starter !

    the last thing he really remembers is the knife in his gut. whatever medication he’d been given was doing wonders. his head is spinning as he sits up, hand reaching out to grab at the table beside him. “ --- i’m good, rick. i swear.” he probably wasn’t. okay, getting up definitely wasn’t going to work. in defeat, aaron drops back down onto the mattress, deep breath following “--- can i get some water, maybe? “

his  words  don’t  register  at  first,  youngest  grimes  lost  in  sea  of  thoughts  before  pulled  back  to  reality.  ❛  christmas.   ❜  it’s  a  one  word  answer,  chin  resting  in  hand,  other  holding  fork  that  plays  around  with  left  over  vegetables  arranged  on  her  plate.  memories  before  all  this  were  far  and   few  between,  only  in  kindergarten  when  the  world  went  to  hell.  ❛ you  got  off  early  one  day,  so  you  got  to  pick  carl  and  me  up  from  school,  it  was  one  of  the  days  we  got  to  ride  home  in  your  patrol  car.  those  were  the  best.  ❜  smile  lights  up  her  face  as  memory  is  recalled, how  happy  she  had  been  when  blue  hues  found  him  in  pick  up  line.  ❛  we  came  home,  mom  was  in  the  kitchen,  singing  pretty  off-key  to  the  holiday  songs  on  the  radio,  the  whole  kitchen  smelt  just  like  gingerbread.  ❜  one  of  her  favorite  things  she  could  remember  about  her  mother,  never  the  best  singer,  but  it  never  stopped  her.
