I am super pissed and not really sure where to go from here

For months now me and my sister have been working towards me completing the requirements for us to recieve a bonus. $1000 for her $750  for me. We went back and forth with them over several months trying to get approved. through the whole process they were distasteful, sloppy, disorganized,and at times out right incompetent. They did almost nothing to help move the process of getting approved along, but about 2 1/2 weeks ago it finally happened. The basic idea was that I had to get 75 rides within 30 days of being approved. My sister tracked my progress through a link in the Lyft app that showed my progress towards that specific goal. After I got all my rides and the link in the app showed that I had completed the process. I was confused because I did not get a payout. After emailing them I was informed that I would not be getting my payout because of a rule that was not listed in the terms in conditions when I signed up. I also want to point out that it was the negligence of the left support staff that made it impossible for me to have met the requirements (that somehow I'm supposed to know because I am psychic & that I'm pretty sure they just recently decided to make which means i should be grandfathered in). So I emailed them again telling them how what they are doing is not okay and they decided the proper reaction is to deactivate my account without even telling me why. (at this point they still have not responded to my second email. they just sent another one saying that my account had been deactivated)

so I'm really pissed right now.

ill add the screenshots of the email convos and what not and my progress in the app when I get the chance. but right now I'm really lost as to what I should do because i was really really counting on that money.
