Dear Students, Educators, and Castle Staff,Ā
Ā Ā Ā Our doors were first opened in 1869 where we first made our promise to educate, and prepare our young monarchs and royalty of the world in preparationĀ for the great and amazing things that they would do and were to come in their future. Since then, we have seen many graduate and go off to lead our many nations and countries to the best of their abilitiesĀ though, their names will forever be rememberedĀ in our halls here at the Royal Institute.Ā
Now, in 2017 we have seen a whole new level of Monarchs enter our doors and many years pass. These years have included, struggle, triumph, but most of all perseveranceĀ from both our students and out staff to continue to make the Institute as amazing and wonderful as it always has been. Our Staff and Students help make our school thrive and without them we surely wouldnāt be here today and especially accomplish as much as we have.Ā
Ā To celebrate not only our achievements, but yours and the schools as well, and also in celebration of our 148th anniversary, there will be a gala held in the Grand Ballroom and the Dinning hall to celebrate this momentous occasion. Also joining us in this celebration will be alumni of our school which include, parents, grandparents and aunts or uncles of our many students. It will be a night of remembranceĀ and festivities to celebrate a very important year.Ā
Although it will be a night of celebration, there are still rules that students MUST follow. Seniors, Masters and Formerās all are required to find themselves an individual to accompany them to the event.You are your countries next monarchs and leaders; the best way to make a good first impression is to have a partner for the important moment in our schoolās history. This event is FORMALĀ and formal wear is required. If you come to the night of the event not dressed in proper attire, then you will be turned away and refused entranceĀ to the Ballroom. Your best behaviorĀ is EXPECTED. This event is very momentous and there will be many important people attending. Important people that might play a role in your future as you lead and rule your country. Any students caught misbehaving and not following the rules stated in the schools handbook will be removed from the event and other disciplinaryĀ actions will be taken later.
We hope that this event will mark a new chapter in the Institutes history, and we hope that you, the students and the staff of the castle, will make it happen. We look forwards to seeing you on the night of our anniversary gala.Ā
