A lot of people have asked Court (@cc_tribabe ) and I lately if we are competitive with eachother. And yeah, we totally are! But it's in an encouraging, healthy, positive way. 👯 When Courtney is better than me at something, like swimming, it pushes me to along to become better at that. Its the same vice versa for running, I help Courtney become faster at running. So in a way, we are empowering each other and helping one another become a better version of ourselves. 💗 Thats what friends are for AND definitely what we believe the #BabesCommunity is all about. Courtney owns TriBabes and I own CrossFit Babes and together we driving a community that lives and breathes this. Yeah, we are somewhat competiitve but in the best way possible! 👯👯👯 Here's a video we made this morning of us, being competitive and silly against what we're really like which is totally backing each other in anything we try to do.
