Elliot was very new to working out. His brother had always been the athletic one in the family not him and he'd never desired to follow in his brother's footsteps. The only reason why Elliot had decided to get a gym membership in Aurora Bay was because he had nothing but free time now and he'd been hitting the drinking and eating pretty heavily ever since his breakup and he figured he should probably start inviting some healthy habits back into his life.
When he'd signed up for his membership he was swindled into trying a couple of lessons with a trainer that he chose not to decline. He didn't want to look like an idiot in the gym trying to navigate the equipment by himself. Today was the first time he actually met up with his trainer. The guy was fit but he'd gone pretty easy on him for his first day and was finally wrapping up the day by showing Elliot the sauna which was one of the features that really appealed to Elliot.
Elliot found himself a seat in the heated room glad that he was finally about to relax. "So how many people do take on a day? Do you really just work out with people all day?" Elliot asked.
