Hmm, a kiss from Byron and a kiss from Arthur?
Hm, Byron is a Warden, so... I guess that means it’s most appropriate to get a smooch back from a fellow Warden, isn’t it! :)
In which case, let’s hope there is a box within reaching distance, because a princess is not about to crane her neck like some child, no- if she’s doing this, she’s facing him as his equal, in every respect. She might even take off her gauntlets before cradling his jaw (and by the Paragons, that’s one sharp jaw, and bare, smooth, like no man she’s ever met), and pressing a determined kiss, one rough around the edges but no less honest, right to the middle of his cheek.
As for Arthur... why, the title of First Enchanter, while all but meaningless in the grand scheme of things, still carries weight in the halls of Val Royeaux. It’s only fitting that a man of his caliber would be greeted by a bow with an almost theatrical flourish, and an exaggerated kiss to the back of the hand- that is, if Ray can stop grinning like a child long enough. ;)
