clothes weirdly sticking to my skin, not a good feeling ._.

Lately, I've barely looked up. Always looking at my feet, at my phone, looking down. It's an unconscious thing. I space out a lot. Not taking in my surroundings. And it's like, I've missed out on a lot of things because of it. I don't know if it's something concerning but hopefully, I get rid of this habit. I want to be more open, look far away, look people in the eye, look at everything and nothing. Perhaps, I'm trapped inside my mind. Overthunk so much, I need to get out of my mind often, then.
