tee's kind of a person created out of static? i'm not sure how to explain it. they are literally made OF static

my main and closest comparison is the vardy from doctor who (season 10 episode 2), little nano-bots that can create entire buildings. just this time it's more like a person created from them and it's static instead of bots

the second image represents the horrors but primarily tee will appear as the first one

generally they have old radio/tv host vibes (similar to alastor from hazbin in a way). they're here for the scoop and love to commentate on any clique drama

tee's prone to panicking sometimes when the news gets low because she NEEDS stimulation. like all that static in there is driving them crazy. more stimulation is how they function.

(they'd listen to some kind of fusion between jazz and breakcore with headphones on full blast. tee's done it before. it's very difficult to get her attention when tee's like this)

i didn't draw it here but i'd like to imagine that tee has legs similar to that of an octopus. kind of wispy almost. each one is independantly movable and tee uses them for picking up stuff or adjusting camera equipment or whatever

the legs all take the form of a long skirt by default but separate from it individually when in use (they do come in different forms though. when a lot of legs are in use they enter pants mode)
