There's no unifying colored system for trash bags but it seems commonly used for recycling or ocean waste. Microplastic manipulation comes with this form.

Thought about giving Carol some trash themed powers so this allows her to gather up radioactivity latent in trash and create a energy ball. Based off yellow trash bags which are sometimes marked with radioactive or poison warnings.
