Text1 gets translated, translation1 goes into the database, script is printed, translation1 gets recorded, text gets updated, updated translation2 goes into the database, texters notice updated translation2 does not match the audio1, testers revert the translation2 to match the outdated audio1, the previously triggered pickup script is printed with the outdated translation1, pickup script causes some head-scratching and is discarded because translation1 matches audio1, the (correct) translation2 never makes it into the game.
