Thinking about brood parasite humans again as I’m learning more about animal navigation and parental behaviour and like, you guys know how birds use the earths magnetic field to navigate? It turns out that areas of weak/low magnetic fields tend to be areas where birds are most likely to get lost/fly off course.
Furthermore, cats teach their young to hunt by first bringing them dead prey, then live prey, and then letting them try to hunt on their own.
What I’m trying to say is, I think it’d be a fun idea if the reason all of these old cybertronian relics are on Earth, aren’t because they were sent here on purpose, but because Unicron changed their course specifically to land here. 
Obscuring them and making them purposely difficult to find just to have cybertronians wander around for longer, to make sure they’d encounter at LEAST one human. Cybertronians like skyquake, buried in stasis, brought here like little birds thrown off course by disorienting and misleading EM fields. EM fields that made them think that this is a good planet to take a rest stop, that this is a good planet to find safety, that this is a good planet to stay on for juuuust long enough for one of his spawn to strike.

This is why the TFP kids are so crazy. I like to think they start out pretty average, but Unicron slowly influences them to become more and more blood Energon thirsty.
