i made a drawing to far to the right and now i can't fit the other part of the drawing in, is there a way that i can move it so i can finish the drawing?
Hello anon! Try selecting the area you want smaller with the Lasso Select Tool and then go to Select> Transform!

How can I manipulate the size of a layer? Ex. Transforming it larger or smaller like Paint Tool Sai?
Ctrl+T while on that layer.

I tried to resize a part of my drawing, but both the top and the bottom of the transformation box moved even though I only clicked and dragged the bottom. I want the top to stay fixed if I transform from the bottom; is there a way to do that?
Not as of now. FA only offers the very basic in transforming an image. Hopefully, they will update it at some point.Â

Try holding shift (both shift and ctrl seem to work for me) and then clicking one of the white squares in the corners of the transform box, you can then skew and distort the image from only that one point.

hello there! i've been having a problem with the transform selection. it does not set itself when i double tap it, either with my tablet pen or my computer mouse. any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!
You have to use ctrl/cmmd+t to accept the changes to whatever you were transforming.
