Join us at 6pm, Thursday 9th July at the top of Middle Meadows Walk, Edinburgh. It's part of a nationwide decentralised protest, organised by the Bodily Autonomy Coalition, against the EHRC's transphobic, undemocratic bathroom ban. Right now, there are other groups planning protests in Manchester, Hackney, Lambeth, Birmingham, Brighton, and more.
The 9th of July 2026 is the day that the EHRC's transphobic new guidance creates an American-style bathroom ban in the UK.
The new statutory code of practice will violate the dignity, safety, and human rights of all trans people in the UK.
The new guidance has been pushed through without a single vote, and without any oversight.
