Rapier: Is your OC agile or not?
Highly agile! Tralaia is an archer, and a highly talented one at that. She can fire quickly and accurately.
Her race, the moon elves, also have a natural ability for enhanced speed.
Longsword: What’s does your OC have way too many of?
Former lovers. Not because Tralaia is a womanizer, but her race is very long lived compared to the other races on Ora.
Claymore: Does your OC have any “cool party tricks”?
Tralaia has a number of sleight of hand tricks, using those talented fingers to get some object or even article of clothing off her mark without being noticed.
Broadsword: What’s your OC’s defining attribute?
Stubbornness. Because of how much longer moon elves live, it is forbidden (the Eternal Guardian would say ‘strongly discouraged’) for a moon elf to have romantic entanglements with the other, shorter lived races.
Tralaia, at a very young age, broke this taboo enough times that she caused a diplomatic crisis between her capital and another race’s, and eventually was exiled for it.
Sword bayonet: Does your OC work well with others?
Somewhat, Tralaia is an exile from her homeland so has spent a great deal of time on her own, being a bow for hire or fur trader. It isn’t that she doesn’t like working with others, it’s simply not an opportunity she’s often able to pursue.
Naginata: Does your OC need support a lot, or do they do well on their own?
Tralaia has seen much and little surprises her anymore. She would be more often relied on to provide support than needing it.
Katana: Is your OC particularly “sharp,” as in witty or clever?
Less sharp, more experienced. Tralaia is nearing the end of her natural lifetime so has hundreds of years of life experience to draw upon. She may get an occasional pun in here and there, though.
Dagger: Does your OC ever carry a weapon for self-defense?
Always. Ora is not a safe world, and it is not uncommon to encounter bandits or territorial wildlife when traveling.
Tralaia’s main weapon is her bow, but she also carries two short swords for when an opponent gets up close and personal.
Kukri: Is your OC specialized in a few areas, or do they have a wide range of skills?
Specialized, to a degree. Tralaia’s skills focus on archery and wilderness survival. There has been a lot of alone time, though, and she has explored various creative skills such as woodworking.
Machete: How pragmatic is your OC?
Very! Uh.. I wish I could give you an example on this one. ^^;
Urumi: How much flair does your OC have? Are they flamboyant?
Probably not intentionally, Tralaia’s skill with the bow is very high and when she pulls off a seemingly impossible shot, it could certainly attract attention... if there were anyone around to see it.
Balisong: Does your OC have any hidden talent?
Leatherworking! If given the time and a workshop, Tralaia would be able to create masterwork leather clothing and armor. Instead, she creates her own without the good business sense to make it for others.
Scimitar: Do people often misunderstand your OC?
Tralaia is typically a woman of few words, preferring to let her actions speak for her. This will sometimes give off a sense that she is aloof, or thinks herself superior to others.
Macuahuitl: How focused on aesthetics is your OC?
Largely from necessity. Camouflage is important to someone who has to hunt for their own livelihood, though given the chance, Tralaia will certainly lean towards something that more closely fits her own natural color scheme.
Ballpoint pen knife: Does your OC surprise people?
Again, not intentionally. Tralaia naturally moves without giving away her location, so on those occasions when she’s traveling with others, she can easily startle someone without meaning to.
