The past weekend was Heritage Day, which most South Africans call “Braai Day”. A day of relaxing, socializing and enjoying a cold one. But then the worst thing happens… you are voted the Designated Driver of Heritage Day 2017! You can’t drink but you still want to look social and have a good time.
What to do? What to do? I came across the perfect solution, The Duchess. This is a Virgin Gin & Tonic, the best one on the market in my opinion. It’s a sugar free, non-alcoholic drink.
This beverage is also bottled in the most classy and elegant way, which for me was one of the reasons it caught my eye. It is both a great alternative to alcohol and a fashion accessory! But it’s what’s on the inside that counts, right? Therefore, I am happy to report that it is very close to the real McCoy and by adding a bit of lemon in to the mix it is a recipe for success!
