You’ll find it becomes easier to do at around 21 days. Give it a try, key is it must be 21 days in a row for it to work. I recently started training Curtis @curtisgoddard at his home with only a few basic body weight training accessories including: Jungle Gym Suspension Straps, Equalizer Paralletes (Dip Bars), stability ball, door mounted chin up bar, and a few other things. I set up a progressive and challenging program for him using only these accessories and body weight exercises, which cost less than $400 in total; pretty decent for a basic home gym start-up! I hope this gives others some ideas for setting up something simple and effective in their own homes. Try this technique to improve mind-muscle connection (better muscle activation) for your stubborn muscle groups: start the exercise with a 10 second contraction in the "shortest" most contracted position. Really focus on squeezing the target muscle group, and then move on to regular repetitions to finish the set. This works well on exercises like rows, pulldowns, leg extensions, leg curls, curls, tricep extensions, chest flyes...
