#train crush

I think I have like a crush on someone I saw on the train. Why? Now I am thinking of this person I will probably never see again. We were both reading a book and we had eyecontact several times :)

I made a mistake... I should have stayed. I should have waited for you. I should have gain all my courage just to say Hi. I fell in love with your smile in a heartbeat and lost you forever in a second. Even if our eyes held more conversations that we could ever hoped for. I fell in love with those eyes. With the way you fixed your glasses when you were lost in thoughts that I will never know. I fell in love with your hands and the way they smooth the pages of your book as you read. I fell in love with your curls. I fell in love with you in ten hours we spent on that train. I fell in love in the brief glances we threw at each others and the twin smiles we hid in the windows of that train. I should have stayed and talked to you. I should have asked for your name. I should have told you mine. I should. But I didn't do any of those things. I was too coward. I'm sorry. I wish I did.

Talked To a really cute guy yesterday on the train for like 2 hours but don't know his name to find him on Facebook 😑 any helpers? I know random facts about his life that are no use at all.

actually I would be thrilled if the person who always waits inside near the benches in the morning were to throw me against a wall for sloppy makeouts. I would be just as thrilled to ask them one morning what music they're listening to; they have big headphones on a lot, and a hoodie, and skinny black jeans always. their short hair always looks really good and I want to know how they do it. their skin looks soft like warm caramel.

does anybody else get train-crushes? not like "take me my body is ready" crushes. just like, hey adult-type lady who always gets on my Metra car in the evening but never in the morning, and who has managed the improbable feat of being shorter than me - I get the sense you're a librarian, or work in a similarly quietly-dependable capacity and you seem like a person I could trust with weird secrets or to not belittle sadness. you seem really kind. I like seeing you.
