Track 03 - Brainstorm*

FFWDing in time a bit for this one, to show some continuity in style and concept. This one was recorded to DAT in 1997, using all hardware for sound sources. The Amiga was long gone by this point, and I was sequencing everything on a PowerMac 6100 in Opcode's Vision program. When I got the beloved 'pizza box' (as the 6100 was lovingly referred to) a friend (at the time) said to me "You are never going to use all that horsepower". At the time I took offence as I often did, but in retrospect he was probably kidding...

When you listen to this track you'll hear a 303 sample in it. While I had a few friends that had 303s I personally didn't. I jacked the sound from a demo version of Propellerheads Rebirth and sampled it into the Roland S-550 (sorry, no wikipedia for this one) sampler.The s-550 was a mainstay workhorse in my production rig at the time. There were no software samplers or hardware I/O that I could afford at the time.

작곡자, 작사가까지 찾아보게 된 곡. 

왜 이제야 알게 되었나, 안타까운 곡.

좋고, 낯설고, 함께 가고, 하고 싶고, 오만가지 감정을 느낀다.
