I have this specific complex where sometimes a song will come up that I associate with a character, but then I feel shame because “it doesn’t REALLY fit the character” and I have to skip the song because if I listen to the song it makes me feel bad about myself for associating it with them. Anyway,

I really dislike the meaning “canon” has come to take on in fan spaces. I wish “canon” meant “a work that is accepted as part of the core group of texts in this media” as opposed to. Idk. Different people use it differently but something along the lines of “things that are true or official in the lore of the story”.

Found out the new cook at work is a Swiftie and then two days later found out he’s moving back out of state soon. What am I gonna do at work when TS13 gets announced??
