The dreaded wagon escort mission 0.0

I wandered around the lake a bit, teying for quite a while to get into the lakebed temple and it wasnt working until Miidna decided to come out and tell me i had to go the the zora prince. Ii was making my way up to zora's domain when i decided that i wanna check out castle town and then also decided to check on ilia (also bought the hyliian shield from a goron)

I accidently stumbled on the main questline and im so glad i did cuz i would be so anyry if i made it all the way up to the domain then had to go back down.

Anyways i always heard about how hellish the wagon escort mission is and ii was dreading it and it took me a qhile to figure out that this is it.

At first i was haviing fun, until i realised the enemies kept respawning infinately then iit becamse hell. Not to mention my family decided now was the moment to come and block my way in the tiny room i was playing in. Took me forever, a few spiilt tears, a video and shooting down a damned flying blue bird thing before ii finished it. The controls were so janky and were so hard to make work so it took even linger and it was horrible =_=

Anyway i finished that, bought fish bombs, got the zora tuniic and made my way back to the lake and now i entered the lalebed temple and decided to stop playing then.

Goron mines

So i just did the goron mines dungeon and ITA SO BORING

WHAT IS THIS

Its just following a path FOR TWO HOURS

A VERY BORING PATH OH MY I HATED THIS

And then i got to the boss room, that requires you go travel across the entire dungeon again to get to.

And i started it.

And guess what?

It took me too long to figure out what i was meant to do, and by the time i did, i ran outta arrows

So i didnt wanna die and use oocoo to go to the shop outside and spend my rupees.

So i thought i would do that thing on wii where you restart the game and you have your things back...

So when i do this in skyward sword, it loads you back from the last saving point or the last loading zone...

IN TWILIGHT PRINCESS IM TELEPORTED TO THE START OF THE DUNGEON

SO I HAVE TO DO THE WHOLE THING AGAIN JUST TO GET TO THE BOSS FIGHT

Yeah... i closed it... i didn't bother trying to get to the boss again i was already getting tired

Anyway, how do ppl say Midna is less annoying than Fi???? In sksw when you're low health or something there is the indicator tiny in the corner of the screen, not bothersome at all, and the diologue is just one quick box...

MIDNA had her stupid logo at the bottom of the screen, BIG and annoying and her diologue is SO. SLOW

Every time i burn my shield she is instantly like "oops, better get a new one, dont want you perishing hehe" and if you dont immedietly go to get a shield she will tell you over and over till you do and its so annoying what the heck midna??? Ill have fi please.

Snowpeak ruins

MAN its been a while! Tbh ive stopped engaging much with the tloz fandom online so i hhaven't played any of the games in a while, barely remembered what i was doing last 0.0

Got to snowpeak, decent dungeon, definetly picked up in it pacing and its fun-ness near the end when i realised how everything worked and was just trying to navigate it like a maze

Jshshqwv I LOVE MOTION CONTROLS! theyre my favourite part of the wii loz games! Even the bow in botw feels more natual and fun with motion controls. Even if tp isnt as precise as sksw its so so so fun i love love it

The boss fight was very fun but it was very very quick and simple, i genuinely was confused when it ended i thought it was going into a harder third phase but it was the first time ever beating a boss first try even when i went in with 2 hearts :/

One of the more straightforward dungeons but decent. Tbh i just dont vibe with blue coloured dungeons cuz i dont like the colour blue much

Them pouring out hearts is very cute tho 💖

Idk how i never noticed but its so so cool how the shadow actually works with the light source you are closest to, didnt notice til i went into the chief's house, even if its not very realistic its still so cool

Im gon cry

Havent played a zelda game in so so long and rhe seritonin from playing this was unbelievable i couldnt even begin to contain it

The arbiter's grounds | tp first time

So ive heard about this dungeon the most really the only tp dungeon other than city in the sky in brief mentions that i know about but knew nothing about it

Anyway

So i wasnt having a very good day at college, everything was going wrong my food exploded in my bag drenching it and everything in it in a disgusting smell that was only enhanced by the sand sanitiser i tried to clean it with, and was smelling it all day, as well as an extra tripple the usual length lesson and i was on the verge of a breakdown so on the way home i blasted the zelda tracks i have downloaded at a volume that is probably not safe. Turns out thats all i need to stop a (tbh not too serious) breakdown huh. So then i decided that play tp when i get back home cuz i was desperate for zelda again

So i hadn't touched the wii in FOREVER, and my siblings (who play on the playstation) had rearanged stuff and had to unplug the wii for it so i replugged it all in and while the wii WAS ON, we could hear the audio of the wii menu, and heard when the safety warnings come up and u press a and that sound effect, but there was no visual on the screen, only the screensaver for the tv whenever nothing is plugged in (and we were on the right channel cuz otherwise where would the sound come from and it was cleary that one) and since my older sister who does all the console stuff wasnt there, me and my parents were just fiddling with the wii wires for ages til finally it plugged in!

BUT of course, the wii mote batteries ran out of charge so we had to replace them, problem is every batter in the house for the wii was also out and we only had packs of new batteries which are the very thin ones.

I WENT AND FOUND MY CENTURY OLD MOBIGO TO STEAL THE BATTERIES FROM THERE

THEY HAD TOYSRUS BATTERIES THATS-

Obviously they also didnt work lol, idk what i was thinking, but this was out of desperation

So after ages of trying different batteries and such, i finally found two new ones hidden in the kitchen cuboards, just the single twoNo matter what obsticle comes my way, i will play my zelda

You have no idea how happy it made me that there was a heart piece in this meat

... i see why people say that twi is afraid of fire, this is the third time now?

Hmmm i wonder there is totally not some boss fight here, the many pits full of arrows and hearts, the big sword. Nothing suspicious here

But seriously tho, there should be more fights like this where you have to keep switching between wolf link and human link throughout, it was so fun and i want to see it in an extended boss fight rather rhan this very short thing. And i dont mean first phase is wolf link, second phase is human link, i mean actual constant switching between the two during the fight it would be so fun

When i saw those tracks outside the room i instantly knew that this was the fidget spinner dungeon

Im almost done with this as soon as i found it lol, only 81 rupees left, i just keep dumping all the rupees from before the dungeons into this because i know i will collect a lot of them and feel sad when my rupee pouch is full and i cant collect them

Man i love silly little interactive things like this they are so fun but arent really in the wild era games, the most it is in there is hold a button for a real long time to pull out the master sword, there is something so fun in spamming the button a billion times and seeing things spin around so fast

The boss fight for this dungeon is INFURIATING, for some reason the controls were just fighting against be at every moment i swear i was gonna RIOT-
