I recently snagged this @necaofficial Chell from Portal 2 and I am thrilled to add her to my collection!

I used to say I wasn’t much of gamer because I played maybe one or two games pretty consistently. Then I heard myself saying it over and over again when I would find a new game and realized, maybe that was a lie?
.
One of these games was Portal (the 2D Flash version) but also what was included in the Orange Box on Xbox 360. I played that game so damn much. And just like that my world dove deeper into Valve altogether with Half Life 2.
.
So enjoy my quick little photoshoot I did with Chell and her dope Portal Gun.

I’m truly impressed that the Portal Gun actually lights up! Maybe at some point I can squeeze an orange LED in there but for now this is great!

Also, I really love Neca because they always outdo themselves with their window box packaging. All of the Ultimate horror figures I have I also have their boxes. How could you not?

This one however I wasn’t going to keep and instead of tossing it I decided to make some practical green screen Portals.
.
I simply removed them from the front and back of the box. Cut them down into ovals. Glued them to some green screen foam. And baby, you’ve got some portals goin’!
.
I know it’ll probably be better in the future to cut out the centers of the portals so it doesn’t bounce any reflection. That will make lighting these scenes even better too, but for now they aren’t too shabby!

I also should work on the digital portal effects way more but I slapped this puppy together pretty quick cause I was super excited to do it. I already have a bunch of other ideas rolling around. In the meantime, enjoy!
