Sad story: when I was in PCB I wanted to buy another pipe since I had money that time, and I wanted a pretty big one. So I walk in, show her my ID and I'm getting all excited, I'm thinking "what color do I want, what shape..." And I look at the counter and it's empty. Like someone just came and fucking robbed them. And the person working was a total bitch, so I asked her where the pipes were and she replied in a bitchy disapproving tone that they are no longer selling them because it's illegal. So not only did I not get a pipe, but I missed it the day the new dumbass law went into effect. Just my luck.
