this cat looks like a blue tortie point based on her head and back, yet the spot on her leg looks very dark? what’s up with that?

My mom just adopted this beautiful momma with kitties. My sister says she's a calico colourpoint with lighter colors, even the brown on the ears and tail is light... i think she might also have a bit of tabbyness on the tail.

My two kitties (from the same litter!). Lulu, the female/calico, has blue cross-eyes that vibrate constantly, and she was much lighter as a kitten (don't have any pics from then though :( she was mostly white however and the patches came in as she aged) so some people think she's a point? But idk.
And I've never known what Earl is lol, the male/dark cat.

A mysterious stranger a friend encountered while on a road trip!! We were both fascinated by both the brown and black coloring of the darker patches
Upon a first glance, I came to the conclusion of "oh, sunbleached black tortie, high white, easy!" and then looked a little closer... that tail! It seems to be chocolate tabby striping!
so... what's happening here? There are a few possible explanations!

It's a normal black tabby tortie but the light messed w/ the colors

hmm i initially think option 2 but with chocolate base, but i’m interested by how they’ve described the black and chocolate colouring? i’m leaning more towarda the potential of a black minkpoint tortie then!
