The days had been a bit more hectic due to villain's running amuck because of the league of villain's becoming more and more bold.

Hero's began having more patrols to try and counter this uptick in villainy. Many of these villains weren't much to worry about but it's still a hero's job to deal with villains.

Today wasn't much special, a few bold villains here and there but nothing from the league of villains so it was fairly peaceful for a Saturday afternoon. Nice weather, not super warm but clearly getting warmer for a bit longer. A few clouds provided a bit of relief from the heat over time which was nice for one child in particular who was sitting out in the heat all on her own.

She wasn't doing much, simply holding up a sign that read "Very hungry, spare money for food?" In very messy almost illegible handwriting. The child was small and dirty and clearly starving. Her clothes were torn and she looked beyond tired and fatigued, nodding off every so often as people passed by. A few people tossed some coin in the broken jar she clearly found in the dumpster near by to hold the money, but not a lot. Not many people acknowledged her for long aside from that since they had better things to do or were simply rushing about their own lives.

[🍎] Charlie had called him and invited him out. He was certain he would make it up to her this time. He would do everything he could for her and he wouldn't fuck this up. Not again. He couldn't do that.

Lucifer was already at risk of losing Charlie for good. He couldn't stand to have that actually happen. He cared for her, really he did. He just needed to work within his limitations. Unfortunately, that meant he couldn't actually do much about the sinners causing her problems. Not that he had told her that. The only people up until Vagatha that knew of his restrictions were the high Seraphim, Lilith and himself.

But that changed tonight! He was going to sit Charlie down and tell her everything. From start to finish. It was important that she heard it from him directly and that he explained himself. She was angry, she had every right to be, but he and Vagastasia thought they were doing everything in their power to help her out.

Evidently the Big Boss of Hell wasn't as intimidating to a sinner when he couldn't actually hit him. Who knew?

He knew.

He tried to warn Vagalia, but she encouraged him all the same.

He looks down at his phone, reading over the address again before looking up at the building. It looked older, kind of like a warehouse. Maybe Charlie had planned a party or something? Either way, this meeting place was odd.

Lucifer clutches the little gift he had gotten her and the bouquet of flowers, looking at them with anxiety. "You've got this, Lu. She's going to forgive you. It's going to be fine." He smiles softly to himself before opening the door and stepping inside. A few steps in and he was growing more concerned. "Heh...Hey Char-Char? It's a little dark in here, isn't it?"

Adam smirked at Lu's grumpy face as he summoned his axetar and began strumming. "You asked to stop the scroll and get out of bed~" Adam sang with a grin. "Both were accomplished~" Followed by an epic guitar solo and a kiss to the grouchy lips. :)

Growls.... but then sighs, face relaxing. Laughs.

It was during the movie that he was thinking about what his father had said to him one time. Which made him want to be near Peter. And to keep him close right now. So, when an arm slid around him and he was pulled in closer to Peter; he smiles. He leans over and kisses Peter's cheek. (Something that's come naturally to him now.)

Abel chuckled a little at that. "You could've just told me you wanted to cuddle. I would've been down for it, silly." His cheeks flushing as the other rested his forehead against his. A happy sigh escapes him. This is what he was happy about. The fact that Peter was safe and with him right now. That was what mattered.

"I'm very comfortable. Always am when I'm with you."

Malik smirked as he had Mokuba let him into KC and made himself at home in Seto’s office. When the elder Kaiba arrived, Malik's violet eyes lifted from the Rod, amusement already dancing in them. He leaned back further into the chair as though he owned the room just as much as its actual owner did. “Hello Kaiba, please come in. It’s your office after all.”

Do you want to be one of the captains?❞ There's enough of the benders on Air Temple Island that they could have their own mini league, and it would add a bit of playful camaraderie between everyone. They needed something to uplift their spirits from time to time, and simply meditating and practicing their bending, though important, was repetitive. ❝What do you say?❞
