SUMMARY â Madison sets out to explore using her new Silph Scope, and when she bumps into Jake she decides to drag him along with her.
ADDITIONAL NOTES â Written for kipprompt2.
Madison had gone into Lavender Town as soon as sheâd received the Silph Scope; it was a nice change of scenery, and there were a good number of wild Pokemon to battle on the way as training. But sheâd be lying if she said that her first trip in yesterday hadnât been a little bit... spooky. Sheâd gotten a Woobat out of it, fortunately, but sheâd also been nearly scared to death when the Pokemon had flown at her.
But Madison McCarthy was tough, and she wouldnât let a little thing like a heart attack stop her from going back and exploring more. She wished that Mason had been free to go with her, but as she marched determinedly back towards the entrance of Pokemon tower, her eyes locked on another familiar face -- Jake Puckerman. He maybe wasnât the friendliest guy around, but he wasnât boring, at least, and the second Madison laid eyes on him, he was a goner.
Jake didnât seem to have noticed her yet, but Madison skipped towards him, landing right in front of his face, and raised her hand to do a fake knock in the air. She wanted him to go with her into the tower, of course, so she wasnât as creeped out as sheâd been alone, but in the back of her mind there was still her daily desire to get him to finally like Frozen songs.Â
Clearing her throat and grinning brightly, she killed two birds with one stone when she started singing to him in the tune of âDo You Want to Build a Snowmanâ. âDo you want to search for ghostiessss,â Madison sung between giggles, trying to keep a straight face, âOr... um, okay I didnât get past the first line, but câmon! Weâre going in together,â she informed him, her voice bossy as she linked her arm through his and attempted to drag him into the tower without waiting for his reaction.
