Random oc concept, the Purple Squirrel cog A cog of unknown ladder, but for a reason. This guy can do anything really, every day he's working in a different department! He's the only one of a kind cog that isn't a manager or boss, so he's quite the elusive one!

The innovation cogs i mentioned, meet the Planbots! This will be my other signature ladder(along with my Rave n Ecobots)
The cogs of new ideas and problem solving! They always have a new cog function they thought of and want to share! They also critic the current mechanics of cogs and work with the Techbots to improve any major flaws. As a sister department of the Techbots, they have a quirk like them. While the Techbots are swift cogs that move before toons, Planbots tend to be harder to get a chuckle out of.(takes less damage/higher defense) Their boss, the Chief Innovation Officer(CINO or Ceeno) has the most thinking power(literally, their brain is a light blub) of all cogs, they know how to analyze cogs and knows exactly what to do to make them stronger I went for a generic cartoon robot(almost like the Gearloose Robot) look for them.
