.@toonami​ has always brought the coolest anime and action cartoons together but in 2005 they flipped the script and made their own series, #IGPX.

This futuristic racing show was animated by Production I.G and It featured a star studded cast including:Mark Hamill, Haley Joel Osment, Michelle Rodriguez, and of course Steve Blum, the voice of Tom!

@toonami shocked the community with the Intruder back in 2000 and after a couple of TOM upgrades, being cancelled, coming back on a different network, and a new ship the Intruder returned for its revenge against TOM and we loved it!

April 1st for [adult swim] typically means another showing of the Room. But back in 2012 this showing had an April Fools joke in the form of an unexpected visitor; TOM! After around 4 years off the air @toonami was back! Now five years after that we still watch every week.

Everyday for the next 20 days we will be posting one of our favorite @toonami memories leading up to it’s 20th anniversary on March 17!

What's a better memory than the beginning of it all?

Beyond all the action, music, game reviews, and powerful speeches our best memory was when we met the Toonami Crew at the @momocon 2013 panel. 

Getting to speak with the team that shaped us as con runners, as anime fans, as musicians, and even as people was a definite bucket list moment. We hope that one day we can give even a sliver of that feeling to someone and its why we do @jabecon year after year. 

When @toonami returned back in 2012 SARA was unfortunately missing due to the budget. Many fans were upset with the lack of SARA but eventually the Absolution was upgraded to the Mk.III and with it we got a new SARA! Thank you @danaisagirl for voicing one of the best A.I.s in the universe.
