Indulge in a sushi feast with this overloaded sushi recipe. Fresh salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber are rolled up in nori seaweed and sushi rice for a delightful taste experience.
Ingredients: 300g sushi rice. 4 sheets nori seaweed. 200g fresh salmon, thinly sliced. 200g fresh tuna, thinly sliced. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 cucumber, julienned. 2 tbsp rice vinegar. 2 tbsp sugar. 1 tsp salt. Soy sauce, for serving. Wasabi, for serving. Pickled ginger, for serving.
Instructions: Run cold water over the sushi rice until the water is clear. Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice. After cooking, let it cool down a bit. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until the sugar and salt are gone. Fold this mixture into the cooked rice slowly. Put a nori sheet on a sushi mat made of bamboo. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, making sure to leave a little space around the edges. Lay out slices of avocado, cucumber, salmon, and tuna across the rice in a horizontal line. With the bamboo mat, roll the sushi tightly, using light pressure as you go. Cut the sushi roll into small pieces by running a sharp knife under water to keep it from sticking. Do it again with the rest of the ingredients. Add soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger to the sushi before you serve it.
