a memory from the last world cup, when portugal was playing against usa. my dad was clearly rooting for usa and me and my mom was like “tha fuck u doing??? we NEVER root for usa!!!” dad: “they are playing against PORTUGAL we don’t root for portugal!!!” me: “well we do when they are playing against USA!! we never ever ever root for usa!!!!! ...well, except if they are playing against argentina, then we are usa af” mom: “I WAS ABOUT TO SAY THAT OMG I’M SO PROUD OF YOU” lmao but i’d lose this memory to watch Brazil winning the world cup (i don’t remember 2002 because i was too young ;----;)
