I haven't used Tumblr to talk with people in like 10 years, so, I don't really understand how the etiquette works, as of the moment. Like, I've been aesthetic blogging on my 10+ accounts the whole time, but the way the new replies and DMs "work and "feel" is totally unfamiliar to me. (Remember Fanmail, lmao.)

I love the aesthetic/meme aggregation/found image curation game, and Tumblr is pretty much the best place on the internet to do it, in terms of ease of use. Assuming you don't go out of your way to pay for something like Are.na or risk contracting a blood disease from Pinterest. Which is a shame

I'm experimenting with putting descriptors and readmores on anything that's remotely scandalous and longer than a few sentences. And, to be honest, I feel like it's not really worth it to do this for anything that isn't explicit/sensitive and/or substantially long.
