Hermione spent the week reading, researching what she could about this type of thing and found that there was not as much information as she would like in her books. Hermione did not like going uninformed, but she took all the knowledge she could with her and made her way to Tom Riddle's manor. 

She was the slightest bit nervous, and chiding herself for doing something so foolish, but she went with it anyways, for once doing something because she wanted it instead of because it was what she should do.

With a knock she was lead to where he was and she took in a breath and smirked, this was overly lavish and filled with things of luxury. She could imagine the place he called home no other way.

"Hello Tom, I hope you were expecting me." She announced herself, stepping into the room.

I've never even read any of the HP books, and I barely remember the movies. But I was so damn bored, I decided to read a fanfic about them two.
