Nice to see you post again. Hopefully you can post more now that the 15th Anniversary festivities have settled down & Ohno finally opened up about his feelings from all these years ago. It's nice to see him acting refreshed on their shows lately.

Yes~ XD And since I don't have the old hours to spare these days, I'd probably be more selective of what I watch and read. I was aware that there'd' be documentaries and such, it's why I made time.

Happy New Year! (Here I expected I'd be less busy after the New Year's, but apparently not D: )

I already watched the whole VSA with Ohno and Okada XD I really hope Ohno gets his wish in forming a unit with Okada for that Martial Arts gig lololol I do miss seeing Ohno move his body around. It's the downside of no longer doing stageplays, imo. 

Could be a Julie vs Keiko problem, look at difference between length of performance timing between certain Johnnies. Those 2 bitches are still in-fighting. Arashi is really busy this month, I don't think they have a whole day to sit around to sing 1 song.

You know, I read somewhere (just gossip) that Iijima's going to lose one way or another anyway because Julie is Mary's daughter, and she's already seated in the Board of Directors. So even if Iijima somehow manages to become president, she will still answer to the BoD and guess who's sitting there (among others). 

You know what I also notice? He’s not tanned! And when Ohno’s not tanned, my mind automatically starts gearing for a future project XD Part of me is now thinking there’s a high possibility for a Kagi movie.

Ohno used to visit fan sites and Aiba reads comments sent by fans on official boards. Aiba still might, but I’m not sure about Ohno especially when he’s fishing and painting when he’s not working. 

I DO think someone from Johnny’s and/or JStorm is going through fan sites, though. I mean, my company has a dedicated team plowing through the internet on a daily basis just monitoring the “good name” of the company. If there’s any serious claims/bad press that pops out, they do damage control. Seriously, they have eyes on facebook and twitter, too. It’s part of the “Corporate Communications” division in my organization (and we even have a separate team for “Internet Marketing” — and these guys monitor the Internet for an entirely different purpose than damage control). So I’m pretty sure for a company as big and media-heavy as Johnny’s/JStorm, they’d have something similar.

You know, maybe that’s why they picked Uta no Oniisan solo rather than Ohno’s other drama songs. All of his drama themes except for Uta no Oniisan had heavy dancing. If they had to sing live, they can’t survive a live medley if they inserted Truth or Face Down in there when they had to do PARADOX and a lot of other songs. 

Speaking of songs, FUNKY perf was cute lol I will always be astounded with how coordinated the audience are when it comes to Arashi dancing. I think the audience dancing along is a big factor whenever they choreograph a song. Majority goes into the hand movements.

It won’t be too soon, unfortunately D: With December’s first Monday also came the beginnings of blocking off my calendar XDD

I managed to watch the Music Station Special and LOL omg the revival of the see-through suits. Never fails to be funny. I even saw the comments from Majide2ch LOLOLOL Considering how often Arashi gets bashed there, it was funny to see how they liked it for once.

The Uta no Onisan solo was a good surprise. I  was actually expecting Truth or even Face Down, to be honest. XD 

Re: Ohno-stuff developing for next year. It’s funny that you mentioned this along with the UtaO solo. My friend showed me the clip of that ZIP episode where Ohno ended up doing the Zip cloud action on his own ahead of everyone, and my first reaction to that had been, “I want to take that as an omen for some Ohno solo next year.” LOL

I still think a solo album is too far fetched a dream for us even though Ohno fans both international and Japanese fans had been very loud about it. It’s not impossible, though. There are a lot of other Johnny’s groups that remain intact while having one or two solo albums coming out (in different names…), and Ohno can certainly carry a full one if given the chance. It probably won’t sell as much as an Arashi album, but I’m pretty sure he can bag the #1 slot for at least a week (just look at how strange it was that Kaibutsu’s Kaikai made it to second place after Arashi when it had zero bonus. The CD didn’t even have a picture! lol)

I’m still on the idea that we’d get an exhibit out of Ohno soon if not next year. Remember when he mentioned that all he had to do was say it, and the jimusho would move too fast for him and that’s the only reason why he refused to say anything? And that was during early 2013. By the last quarter of 2013, he said he wanted an exhibit. I’m counting that as a go signal.

Not a rumor, read it on Weibo that all 5 of them were in Chiba this week. Yama combi was shooting together, Aiba, Nino and Matsujun was spotted else where in Chiba in solo shoots. When was the last time we saw Yama shooting a commercial together??

I know! I thought I was the only one noticing it. I mentioned this to my friend, too.

I haven’t heard any reason for it in 2ch. The Yama blog I occasionally visit don’t really say much either, other than cheer that there’s a Yama moment here and there and scattered everywhere.

I watched the Power Up episode of Shiyagare with Ueno, it was boring because she had the personality of a rock. And the guys are in charge now with finding a direction for the show, not going to happen ASAP.
