A blue portal appeared at... The Lyceum Cemetery and... Magister Kafka, wearing his usual, white aristocratic clothes stepped out of it. As the portal disappeared, he held a paperbag near his chest when the cold breeze passed through him, causing him to tremble.
He glanced around... ... 'twas a cemetery, of all the places that Magister Evangeline had pinpoint Morgan's location. The One that had befall upon some pranks and... one of the pranks was... Hers.
'Is this even... a right place..?' he thought, as he stood still for awhile, flinching then a crow flew away.
With his trembling voice, he awkwardly asked noone, "H-Hello..? Is... ... Is Sir Morgan nearby..?" ... Only the cold breeze answered his question. He trembled, taking such... hesitate steps around the eerie atmosphere of the cemetery, to find some traces of him.
"I... I hope I... could meet you... There's something... I want to say and... give to you..." Tears formed at the corner of his eyes, as his face flushed a bit, due to the cold surrounding.
... he hoped he was... in the right place... and wished he wouldn't be... in pain infront of Morgan.

*Hidden from view, Morgan was laying on his back, between two elevated graves, his mind sunken deep into work elsewhere. The faint voice of Magister Kafka calls him back into awareness.*
...
*He doesn't respond immediately. He was in no mood to meet up with any Arcane Council third wheel, not after what happened at the start of the month. But hearing the voice break as it calls for him, he could envision poor Kafka bawling his eyes out way too clearly. Ugh. Morgan can't stand crying people. Never knowing what to do, they managed to make him feel like he was cast in stone. Unpleasant. With an internal sigh reaching up to the moon above, Morgan decides to lift his hand. Hopefully it won't come to that.*

Note : Unfortunately... Magister Evangeline is still... in Hamster form...
. . .
From Magister Kafka's point of view, Morgan's voice became slightly faded. His shoulders slumped, and his gaze... remain fixed on the ground. Magister Evangeline noticed his silence, as she, then... became his mouth piece,
"Yeah, YEAHH~ YOU'RE THE MORGAN THE FIRST-- THAT SIMPLE SPELL, OF COURSE-- RIGHT UNDER YA LOONG SLEEVE! PFFTT--"ย
As she witnessed Morgan's shocking expression, she squeaked, plastering such... adorable smile of a hamster, clapping her tiny paws. "YUP2! ... That's good to hear it, right, Kafka?? YA NEED THIS, FOR SURE~ YA LOOK SOO STINKY 'CAUSE HANGIN' OUT AROUND HERE! BLERGH--" She stuck out her tiny tongue and let out a squeaky giggle of a hamster.
She, then... crossed her arms and pouted, when he mentioned that they kept on doing nonsense, "W-WE AIN'T DOIN' NONSENSE! WE'RE DOIN' OUR JOB AS MERLIN-- PER USUAL!" She blinked her tiny, beady eyes quickly when she noticed... he slowly... covering his ears.
... he had lost the strength to silence her... as the bickering between her and Morgan was... quite nostalgic and... deafening.
Morgan's voice slightly muffled, as he shook his head a bit due to dizziness. He couldn't utter a single word at the moment, as his heartbeats were louder than ever. Suddenly, Morgan grabbed his shoulder, carefully pulling him up on his feet.
He yelped and... from his hazy vision, he was, now... right beside him. He flustered even more than ever, as the one... the formidable mage that he was longing to meet, again... was ever so close to him.
Morgan's voice was finally crystal clear, as he also... could feel how he firmly held his arm to steady him. Such... warm hand... despite his hand wrapped with some bandages. Tears formed at the corner of his eyes, as he slowly... nodding his head.
"My... my apologies... ... Sir Morgan... I... ... I should've rested more... after all the commotions... and... assisting... around.... Serene Lyceum..." He mumbled in slow paced, as he could only hear a slight grunt from him. He, then... cast a blue portal infront of them. The portal was slightly flickering, as Morgan, then... supported Magister Kafka to enter it.
. .
. . .
... They didn't ended up in the usual, Quaint Mystical House of theirs. Instead, they were now... in the Living Area, of the Stellar Spire. The living area was... warmer than the Lyceum Cemetery, as the warmth came from the fireplace and even... the warming incense which was located on the side table of the bed.
. . .ย
The faint, twinkling sound of the memory stars could be heard near the living area, as some of them were levitating, high above their heads. Magister Kafka leaned a bit upon Morgan's arm, as he then... guided by him towards the bed.ย
. . .
"... My... apologies..." He took a deep breath and released it, tapping his own knee... hoping it didn't failed him. He couldn't deny how his steps were ever so wobbly at the moment.
"Blergh..." She crossed her tiny arms, glancing away... feeling ever so cringe about what she witnessed at that moment.
Morgan glanced at the tiny, hamster form of Magister Evangeline, quite defenceless on Magister Kafka's right shoulder. She wiped her plump cheeks a bit with her tiny paws and glancing at the window, hoping that she would turn back into a human... soon...ย
A mischievous smirk slowly formed on his face, as he, without any warning... flicked her off Magister Kafka's right shoulder. She let out a long squeak, due to the sudden... free fall from such greater height, ending up plopping on the comfy bed. She let out a sigh, however... the suffering didn't end there.ย
Magister Kafka blinked his eyes slowly towards Morgan, wondering why he did that with his hazy mind. With his usual smirk still remain on his face, he, then... pushed him lightly to sit at the edge of the bed. Due to his wobbly legs and his light push, ... he ended up accidentally sit on her, causing her to let out a high pitch squeak!ย
"EEEEEEE~ KAFKA, GET OFF ME! YOUR BUM'S CRUSHIN' ME!"
"Ahh... My... My apologies..." He moved a bit and... scooped her up with his shaky palm. Her tiny ears twitched, as she heard a loud laugh coming from Morgan, as he, then... cough a bit.
"DANG IT-- YOU--
IT'S A PAYBACK FOR WHAT I DID TO YA, HUH??"
She growled, however... her anger simmered down quickly when he whispered another apology beside her tiny ear, petting her plump back ever so gently.
He couldn't deny how his gaze was ever so blurry at the moment, as he could only... lowered his gaze, as if a bow, while sitting at the edge of the bed. "Thank you... Sir Morgan... for assisting me towards this..."
"OUR MAGIC TOWAH, ZE STELLAR SPIRE! NOT ALL PEOPLE CAN ACCESS THIS PLACE-- N THIS IS OUR PRIVATE CHAMBAH! Ya quite a lucky dude. ... I dunno how ya win his heart-- BLERGH." She stuck out her tiny tongue and grumbled, as she felt the aching sensation from being squashed by... his bum.
"Feel free to... urm... browsing through some... of the Grimoires here... before you leave... ..." He massaged his arm where he, once... held it. The warmth... still remain on it, causing a small smile formed on his face.
"I'll let Cranky know about how ya look and register ya as a Guest, laterrr." She jumped off his palm, waddling on the mattress then... rolling on the pillow.
Iโve heard from a friend of a friend of a friend that youโre very knowledgeable in necromancy and iโm very in need of your guidance ๐
What should i do to stop a reanimated corpse from being controlled and puppeteered?
The corpse didnโt turn into a graveborn (yet?) and i couldnโt sense any sign of gravescaling magic at all. One thing i know for sure is that person a walking talking corpse and i need to put them down.
Looking forward to your reply!
โ From: A not so small bird.
Is that so? Well, your friend of a friend of a friend is right. I know a thing or two about Necromancy.
So, a walking-talking corpse that needs to stop the walking and talking, right? Unfortunately cutting the corpse down in two won't much help, other than make the obvious more obvious.
But if it's being controlled by someone else, then just cut that connection. You can try to establish a magic cancelling force field, or directly study the magic affecting the body and attempt to negate it. Both options involve, of course, rather advanced magic.
Which is likely required, since you say you could not even detect a hint of gravecalling magic? It's possible to superficially hide one magic trace with another, so perhaps you might detect something else?
Provided the corpse isn't indeed a Graveborn yet, using illusion or transfiguration and a cloaking spell, then taking them down with the aforementioned method might be easy enough.
If it is... it may be more difficult. You'll need to destroy their body sufficiently but ... good luck doing that if the Graveborn is aware and fighting back. They tend to not give up their Immortality that easily.
Excellent. I already like what I saw. I used to push the boundaries of magic myself but ever since my change of profession, I have plenty of other things to do. It's rare for me to be out and about, so I intend to make the best of it.
Have got any other interesting research going on? I'd love to have a look.
That's right. I never wanted my name to be passed on, but Merlin wouldn't accept a no. It can be really difficult to say no to her. Ugh.
I have no way of knowing your Morgan's location. If he was dead, I could tell you, but as long as he, or she actually, is alive? No chance. I am not Dura.
I only knew of your involvement because it is Dura's divine pact, in which I may have had a very small part in it - and because of our incidental close proximity right now.ย

Did you even read it? I'd like to think it worthy a read but at the same time, I wonder how much if it you'd actually grasp.
Listen, what DO you actually remember? Don't be proud of having forgotten and do something about it. Hamster or not, you can read.
*Morgan moves past the stacked books and scattered papers, to the desk, where the grimoire is waiting for him. It gives off a gentle aura of familiar feeling - the cold of Death. Something uncomfortable and frightening to everyone else, but something rather soothing to himself, as if it was his beloved blanket to wrap himself up in at night. Before reaching out, his eyes fall upon the paper next to it.*
Hm? The.... Void Relic?
Ugh, yes. THAT thing.ย
It is here?
*Morgan turns around, eyes scanning up and down the tower shelves, his magic waiting for its answer to his call. But there is nothing.*
... No.
HEY, GOLDIE, WHERE'S THE VOID RELIC? I CAN'T SENSE IT HERE IN THE TOWER. Hope you've got that in a save place...
