we don't get many toedscruel out here, just their pre-evolved form. but it's not something i've ever seen or heard of happening! two likely reasons for this: 1. if one of toesdscruel's legs gets tangled on something, they're likely to just let it break off, since they can regrow them extremely rapidly and 2. they mostly do this, um...kind of silly hop? they don't run around the same way toedscool do because they have too many long legs to make that an efficient way of travel, so they bounce everywhere. it makes this really funny splatting sound. that form of travel isn't particularly conducive to accidental leg-tangling.
