As I like to remind myself and others, I'm not used to write multichapter stories because I prefer to write about very specific and casual situations without having to build a whole ass world for the story or think that much about it.
Also, as I like to remind myself and others, rn I'm doing just the opposite. It's been a journey, of course, and it's not over (idk when i'm gonna finish them all), but I've been having a lot of fun trying to plan the shit outta this specific Pike fanfiction (i wish i could tell you all how the idea came to me but it'd be a major spoiler so i must keep it to myself SOBS) and I'm proud to say that i'm already writing chapter 7.
It's very tempting to translate it and start uploading it on AO3 like right now, but I'm scared I'm gonna get tired of it and abandon the project and i can't bear the mere thought of leaving something unfinished online lmao.
But yeah, 7 chapters of around 2k each. This is a major project for me considering my longest work was a 16k AOT fic, and i'm not even close to what I want to write.
