Making a whole forest of beaded mushrooms for fall!
There have been lots of mushrooms this Fall, and I found this beautiful red mushroom on campus. After doing some research, I identified it as Russula emetica, and of course decided to crochet it. So here are my crocheted versions, with beads of course!

I tried really hard to study today, but I just HAD to work on these blue toadstools instead! I just couldn’t help it! I’m adding some blue and green glass beads to them now :)
I made these beaded mushrooms for fun (mostly to play with the beautiful new beads I had gotten!) but now I’m working on incorporating them into a whimsical moss & fungi piece. Kind of like a crochet bonsai I guess, but with big blue mushrooms instead of a tree :)
