What did you think of the new episodes of suf?
#ask#darkdavi4#mun talks#but no seriously i cried a lot#they were able to explain ptsd so well that it actually made me understand myself so much better than before#DID and PTSD go hand in hand and#it just suddenly made a lot of sense why i get new alters even when something seemingly small happens#cause thats how my body deals with stress#it treats every new threat as life or death and splits off a new section to deal with the perceived trama even if its not actually needed#to sumarize#not funny#cried
