it’s important to note that joining the kingsman hasn’t ,  in any way ,  desensitised eggsy to the violence and loss of life that they risk every day on the job .    and that’s such a great thing ,  that he maintains that same level of emotion when he loses friends ,  or sees something gross ,  or is faced with a difficult decision ,  even after years on the job .   look at how he reacts when merlin sacrifices himself at the end of TGC ,  or even when harry shoots whiskey .   and it might be considered a weakness ,  being led by emotion ,  but I think it’s far from it   -------------   even through the moments where emotion clouds judgement ,  compassion and emotion are still eggsy’s biggest strength ,  and he would rather be this way than become cold and stoic to the consequences of his own actions .
