This is the memory I’ll always have of Biz. He used to come into my Apple Store in Columbia Maryland. He was quiet and kind, a gentle giant. Working at Apple the number of entitled assholes you encounter on a regular basis is innumerable, but Biz was always gracious. Whether he was coming in for a problem or a purchase he was a nice guy.
