This was me, I heard “breast growth started again” from so many trans women. I actually asked my doc at the informed consent clinic about it when I was first starting E/spiro just to make sure she’d be open to it later on
(She said starting fewer meds at a time made it easier to understand what was doing what (agreed), but if all went well with E/spiro and I was still interested, then she’d prescribe it. And then a bit under two years later my breast growth had leveled off, I brought it up again, and she wrote it for me)
I’m definitely glad I’m going on it. Breast growth is something I really benefit from even just subjectively. I guess I could just be imagining that it’s starting again, but they feel like they’ve felt in previous growth spurts. I’m also still feeling good mood-wise (maybe a little bitchy? but like that’s fine lol)
And like, worst case, progesterone doesn’t end up doing much (or having adverse mood effects) and then I know and continue with things
But yeah. I’ll definitely keep posting about how things are going when I’ve been on it longer and go up in dosage

He’s faced a lot of mistrust and hate as a Tiefling over the years (and he’s got that Tragic Backstory™), so he’s learned to be super charismatic and friendly towards others to counteract that mistrust because he’s had people react violently towards him before, and sure he can defend himself, but not against a group of people and why not circumvent that step entirely? It was his older sister who first taught him how to charm people, and it was her who instilled in him the importance of never letting his charming demeanor slip because they were in a position where not presenting only the best side of yourself could have dire consequences. He knows that all too well, because he gets hushed whispers and dirty looks on good days, but he has trouble controlling his temper when things just get too much, and that’s when people start to become genuinely afraid, saying things like “look, the Tiefling’s gone wild” and “guess they’re all the same in the end after all”. And when people are afraid of him, bad things tend to happen.
