Just saw the "Tiny House" documentary...
I recently saw this documentary and I cannot stop thinking about these Tiny Houses...! People build their own for about 15,000-20,000 on these trailers (as to not break any permanent housing codes) that takes them about a year to build. First of all, I LOVE the idea of building something like that with my own two hands. Many people who do it don't have prior building skills and even the creator of this documentary used Youtube videos to help himself build/work on specific things. I think that this would be one of the ultimate projects I can do for myself. Think of the sense of accomplishment! Second of all, I can imagine myself parked next to some body of water (like a lake, ocean, river) and live in this tiny house I've built. I think it would be so relaxing and peaceful. I can't really imagine living there with someone else, especially if I would be starting a family. There are certain levels of compact space that I can handle. Nonetheless, the idea of saving money and helping the environment by being sustainable is a major plus. :) End Rant.
