Here’s the custom Tinkerex for @puppypop5!

Despite achieving a civilized state mentally, the Tinkerex were still nocturnal beasts, and thus had to create several enhancements in order to live among other species. Their eyes, optimized for low light, had trouble adjusting in the day time, and thus the winged beings created special goggles for all light levels and to help with discerning color. They needed the use of their hands, so they developed custom made, gravity defying anklets that put less weight on their back legs, allowing them to walk on two legs for longer periods of time and use their hands. Unable to rid themselves of their craving for energy completely, the innovative creatures used the very machines they worked around in symbiotic relationships, attaching their own gemstone cores to batteries to create a flow of electricity from machine to core.

Tinkerex are some of the inhabitants of the planet Cyule, a technologically advanced world based heavily in innovation and knowledge. The Tinkerex were originally feral, vicious beings which dwelled deep within the caverns below the largest cities. They hunted down those with great intellect, killing and absorbing the electrical impulses of other beings' bodies and brains. However, as time passed, the Tinkerex began to appreciate the fleeting bouts of enlightenment that the consumption of these brain waves granted them, eventually seeking to obtain such knowledge on their own. They emerged from their caves, searching for a new life above ground. Over the course of several decades, the once beastly creatures integrated almost fully into society, feeding off of and powering machines that they created among their peers. Unfortunately, disaster soon struck, a horrible illness having sprung from obscurity, latching onto and infecting the newcomers to society. Hundreds of Tinkerex fell, and with their deaths, other species soon felt the effects of the outbreak. Each species on Cyule conjured up a different way to cope with the infection. The Photolures retreated to the depths of the ocean, leaving their dead on dry land. The Feilunes looked to the stars, harnessing their abilities of flight in hopes of fleeing the planet. The Tinkerex, eternally innovative, planned for the apocalypse, launching their most valued treasures of society and nature into orbit so as to be retrieved when the planet is a blank slate. With the intentions of resetting the world, the Tinkerex sent their hopes to the stars...
