10.09.21 Netherlands played at TV Eye in Greenpoint. The band is led by the tireless and freakishly talented Timo Ellis, and are simultaneously heavy, hooky and full of interesting ideas.
They opened for the all-star band Black Sabbath Cover Band Rehearsal, who as their name suggests plays nothing but Black Sabbath covers, and features Nick Zinner (Yeah Yeah Yeahs), drummer Greg Fox (Liturgy), Angel Deradoorian (ex-Dirty Projectors), Mick Barr (Ocrilim) and Brad Truax (Interpol).
