Well for the most part the only good that was coming from this was the sudden increase in visitors to the town, but other than that, nobody seemed happy, or they were happy in a fake way.
Kevin, whom was kind of smiling and kicking at the sand from the aftermath of the recent sandstorm, or he was doing what looked exactly like that, but it couldn't be said if he was. . . actually smiling or not? He never really. . . smiled truthfully after all, it was always not a smile but something that looked like it- forced or something completely worse than that.
His black eyes shifted, however, to the new visitors. Of course, he was originally reporting on how the town would have to work on cleaning up the sand, but for the most part he was just about done with the radio broadcast for now. Either way, there was no blood or anything anywhere. everything was, supposedly, clean.
There was nothing wrong with desert bluffs. Nothing wrong at all.
And for the most part, he kept that horrifying fake smile of his- or was it a grin. . . who knows. Either way, he instantly started speaking to the new visitor. "Hello there, Welcome to Desert Bluffs! I am the news reporter, Kevin~" Keven chimed, in an abnormally happy tone that didn't fit his rather lacking-of-sanity facial expression. "I'm so glad you decided to come here instead to go to our horrible rival town of night vale!"
