Very little internet communication is good for the soul sometimes... or is it? Can we recharge our own energy by being present with each other? We are not tired of interacting with each other. We are tired of being on our phones! Has it ever happened to you that you communicate less because your eyes are glued to your phone? What’s more important than being present and in the moment?
