unpopular opinions.     /     accepting.

there’s been stuff going around both recently and a while back about accepting people whose writing isn’t the best and accepting people who don’t have “accurate” or mostly canon compliant portrayals of their muse. while i’m absolutely not saying this is a bad thing, i also don’t think it’s bad if you don’t like someone’s portrayal of a muse. or if you don’t think that someone’s grammar/syntax/writing style isn’t up to par with your standards. sure, roleplaying isn’t super serious and there shouldn’t be a universal standard for how “good” at it everyone should be -- but i think some people need to learn that it’s okay for other people to have standards when it comes to these things.

                                              ❝      I  ……..    I  suppose  that’s  correct  ,    yes  .    Is  there  a  purpose  to  this  st8ment  or  are  you  just  attempting  to  make  a  jest  ?    Or  perhaps  ,    you’re  flirting  with  me  .    While  I  don’t  have  as  much  information  on  how  humans  flirt  ,     regretfully  ,    I  assume  your  mention  of  intercourse  is  your  way  of  hinting  at  this  .    I  can  tell  you’re  attracted  to  me  .    Not  to  mention  your  contempt  is  fairly  o8vious  .      ❞

                                              you  assume  a  lot  of  people  are  attracted  to  you  ,    because  they  are  .    though  not  always  romantically  or  any  way  emotionally  .    you’re  told  to  be  quite  smug  and  over  talkative  ,    which  is  a  big  turn  off  .

                                               oh  boy  ,   * cracks m’ knuckles *  ,    alrighty  :      as  said  by  calliope  ,    cherubs  do  not  feel  anything  on  the  flushed  spectrum  ,    and  i  stand  by  that  .    kismesissitude  is  the  only  needed  quadrant  for  cherubs  ,    just  as  matespritship  is  the  only  needed  quadrant  for  humans  .    humans  have  no  need  for  the  darker  side  of  this  spectrum  ,    seeing  as  they  are  a  species  that  tends  to  have  one  romantic  partner  that  they  care  for  and  procreate  with  .    not  to  mention  procreating  is  meant  to  be  a  pleasurable  experience  for  both  parties    (    not  the  birthing  ,    tho    )    .

                                               for  cherubs  ,    the  way  they  procreate  is  a  battle  in  which  the  loser  goes  on  to  lay  eggs  ,    then  most  likely  die  due  to  the  damage  caused  in  the  fight  .

                                               growing  up  ,    cherubs  are  typically  isolated  on  their  doomed  planet  and  only  have  the  company  of  their  alternate  self  .    which  ,    opposes  them  in  every  way  .    therefore  ,    it’s  very  typical  of  cherubs  not  to  get  along  with  their  other  self  which  conditions  them  to  grow  up  with  only  hatred  in  mind  .    they  don’t  typically  have  pleasant  experiences  .
