100% why waste time over people that don't want you in their life even if you'd like them in yours. Don't waste time trying to invest in that person if they ain't going to try and do the same with you. I've learn that early on in my life as a young child and even now as I'm older. I've learned to let go of the people that want nothing to do with me because I know they aren't worth my time and have no place in my life, now or ever. Learn to see the truth in who is meant to be in your life and those you want in your life compared to those who don't specially if they don't act like it.
