LoZ au idea for Tim

Timaeus is a Knight of a neighboring land/ kingdom of Hyrule.

Atlantis.

I similar to Hyrule's own 3 goddesses Atlantis heralds 3 great dragons.

Timaō (to honour),

Krisis (judgement)

and Hermocrates/Hermos (technically the full name only means gift from hermes so yahhh. But taking from that gonna say in for the sake of this in Atlantian it can mean like Guiding/ to guide or something maybe)

But there's also their own great darkness in the form of the Great Leviathan (Sort of- its become corrupted bu the Darkness of the Orichalcos)

It then used and took control of their King Dartz.

Even turning against his whole family- killing his wife Lady Queen Iona. Timaeus and the other knights helped Princess Kris along with former King Ironheart escape.

However he stayed behind along with two others Hermos and Critias who had been gifted (or cursed depending on how you look at it) with power from their own deities to try protect the land and its people.

After the destruction of the kingdom the three knights went their separate ways each going a different direction to find their princess. Timaeus heading East to their Hyrulian neighbour. Unaware of what problems they may have been struggling with ( with everything they both had going on getting any message delivered likely would have been difficult)

- With his own kingdom destroyed and gone, no longer with another to serve, he doesn't want to believe her dead but he also knows the Princess likely wouldn't want him to get fixated. So while hd still hopes she is alive till the day they reunite he apply will put his services as a Knight to helping their allied kingdom.

- During the fight he was horribly blinded by his own king.

(After seeing another of @regnantlight posts got me thinking about this idea again and wanting to write it up

it’s something he’s always low-key wanted to do, and dabbled with it pre-moon war, but he only got around to actually doing it after he was mechanized.

Bertie taught him how to sew

When Tim was still dealing with the angst of being mechanized he started cutting up any extra fabric he could find on Aurora and sewing it all back together in different configurations as a coping mechanism (hehe mechanism.) He would just. gather a bunch of fabric, whatever the closest thing to a sewing needle he could find, find an empty room, and just sit and sew for a while. 

They converted a bedroom on Aurora into a sewing room for Tim.

Tim’s sewing machine potentially once belonged to Jonny’s mother (she was a tailor) and Jonny gave it to Tim when Tim mentioned he wanted to start sewing again.

Brian is his assistant!!

Tim has really good images in his head of what he wants his designs to look like, but he can’t draw for shit, so he just rambles about the picture in his mind to Brian, who can draw expertly, and the Drumbot sketches them for him.

Sometimes Brian adds his own little touches to the sketches. They’re always perfect.

No one else on the crew gets a say in whether or not they want or need an outfit designed by Tim. He just makes them for them and making them makes him happy so they just bear with it. 

Brian has everyone’s measurements recorded in his brain. This is very helpful.

Brian and Tim pick up different fabrics from every world they visit.

If Tim wants to be sure he gets a design right, he practices by making a tiny version of it for an octokitten. 

Whenever Tim accidentally makes something too short (which is rare but it does happen), he gives it to Jonny. Because of this, Jonny has a collection of outfits that are definitely not his style that he has no idea what to do with (he won’t throw them away because that would make Tim sad)

When Tim is in a design frenzy, the crew stays well away from him, because if he spots one of them, he will drag them into his sewing room and make them stand there while he holds up fabrics to them and makes them hold things and try things on. They humor him because they love him.
