the last two summers i worked as an unpaid Hospitanz (some sort of intern) for this one theater and both years they had problems with the assistant director, so both years i ended up taking on much more responsibility than i was supposed to and i aced it
last year they were so satisfied with my work that they ended up paying me anyway. today i learned that they're paying me this year as well (and the director was so apologetic that they didn't have the budget to pay me more than they're already giving me jjfjcjfjf)
and not just that... last week i mentioned that i was interested in the position of the assistant director and guess who was asked to be the assistant director for next year's production 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
#esp this year i've been doing like 80% of the work that the actual assistant director was supposed to do#and so i thought i might as well get paid for it yanno#i think the leaders of the theater are also glad that they'll get to pay me an amount i deserve next year#the director was sooo apologetic that they didn't have the budget to pay me more this year djfjjfjf#anyway i can't wait for next year hehehe#tihe#tihe 2023#airenyah plappert
